House Rules

Please treat our property with respect, it is for your enjoyment and the enjoyment of other guests and residents. There is to be no disorderly or noisy behaviour allowed. If you smoke, party and/or I receive a noise complaint or any notice from the building, or if my apartment or possessions are damaged there will be a fine from $500 up to the damage total for each incident.

Cancellation Policy

Short Term: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival except fees.
Mid Term: Full refund 7 days prior to arrival except fees.
Long Term: Full refund 30 days prior to arrival except fees.
Paypal: 3.8% cancellation fee non refundable.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
For extended bookings please contact us directly.

Child Policy

Children: Aged between 1 and 12 Years old on the date of arrival.
Infants: Aged under 12 Months old on the date of arrival.
